Postage, Shipping and Handling Costs

Postage and packing is automatically added at the ordering stage. Postage is charged at £2.50 within the UK only . We obtain proof of postage for all packages we dispatch.

If your are placing an order and using The Royal Mails Guaranteed next day delivery service as your preferred postage option, please place your order before 12 pm otherwise it will not be dispatched until the following day.

All orders over the value of £30 will be sent by 1st class recorded delivery and will need to be signed for.

All orders over £50 will be posted free of charge and sent by recorded post and will require a signature.

EC and Worldwide Deliveries
We are happy to post orders abroad but recommed you use the International Sign for Option when you place your order. We always obtain proof of postage and cannot be held liable for loss of goods in transit.

All worldwide orders over £80 will be posted free of charge and sent by recorded post and will require a signature.

We do not dispatch orders to PO Boxes.

Delivery Schedule

Most items are held in stock and will be dispatched to you within 3 working days from receiving your order. Just Earrings do not dispatch orders to PO Boxes under any circumstances. If you are resident in the UK or Ireland and have not received your goods within 7 days of placing an order, please contact us immediately on 01214714100.


Damaged Goods

If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately on 01214714100 and return the product to us at : Just Earrings c/o Nightingale Jewellery, 7 Oaktree Lane, Selly Oak, Birmingham, B29 6JE. We will replace the item free of charge and take your case up with the Royal Mail.
